NEVER AGAIN FROM ST ANNES. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I feel SCAMMED!!! Was very disappointed with what was delivered. Bought a Mother's Day arrangement in May that looked nothing like the picture. Contacted St Annes and their excuse was the flowers in the picture are not available moving into the colder months. Well then, don't advertise an arrangement for Mother's Day that you cannot produce.. Was told my arrangement was similar value. Well, it doesn't look as impressive as the picture! Anyone reading this, just compare the photo I included against the advertised photo or check out the Mother's Day "Wow Factor" arrangement..I stand by my review!YOUR RESPONSE..."The arrangement you ordered contained the flowers that are pictured on our website"FALSE...Your website photo shows orchids, as does your description. My arrangement didn't have any orchids.!!! SEE THE PHOTO OF MY ARRANGEMENT You can not justify not including them by saying the lilies you used make up the value.YOUR DESCRIPTION..."including oriental lilies, gerberas, orchids, chrysathemums and foliage "When I asked why I received only 6 lilies when the picture shows about 15, you said the type in the picture are not available this time of year.I paid $145 for this! I was not wowed. I know you don't control delivery and tax, so, for $115 I expect more.
A long winded review, but please bear with me. On m y 50th birthday, my sister living in India, went on to this florist's website to order some flowers that were meant for my birthday. She placed the order on Saturday. The website says next or same day delivery in Perth. Nowhere does it mention that the delivery will be done only during their working hours.The next gripe is about the products advertised on their website. My sister saw a woven basket that is displayed on the web site including a plant and wanted that sent to me. Nowhere on the site does it mention that the plant is not part of the product, which only includes a basket. Why a florist is selling baskets is beyond my imagination.So after an email back and forth, on Monday, the day the plant was to be delivered, my sister asked for a plant to be included in the order.Come Wednesday (not same day or next day as promised on the web site) a delivery guy places the supposed woven basket with a plant in it and leaves. The basket is a bog standard plastic pot. There is no label indicating what the plant is.And the card that was supposed to say "To " instead says "From ".It is seriously beyond pathetic. And these are the people that will be crying blue murder when some large scale florist comes in and delivers much better service at probably half their cost.It'll be better if these guys sell the business off.
I had to ring 4 times to the flowers for my friend's birthday delivered and it was delivered late too. No communication from the florist. They were just keen on just taking the money. I specifically called the florist and checked whether it can be delivered promptly before ordering. Appalling service and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone
The overall customer experience/service was excellent despite being halfway around the world! Keep it up St Anne's!
I ordered hampers for my work and they were absolutely amazing. It was really easy and quick to order online from their website. The customers service provided was perfect and of high standards. My hampers were delivered within 24 hours for a decent delivery fee. I was nicely surprised of the products' quality for the price of the hampers and only received positive feedback from the people who received them. I have also ordered flowers from this store in the past and they have always made amazing bouquets.Not to mention that when buying from St Anne's Florist & Gift Baskets, you are supporting a local business.
