I wish all Perth retailers had staff like Ann and the team at openspace! We were incredibly impressed with the friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff along with their "above and beyond" attitude to accommodating our initial requests for info. We subsequently needed to make some changes to our original selection of colours/styles and they were extremely accommodating. Thanks very much and we'll be back!!
I had an positive experience at this store recently while looking for some new furniture. The floor staff were very helpful and friendly; they gave me some really fantastic advice. There was a wide range of furniture on display so finding what I was after was very easy. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family!

Shopping at Oopenspace was a pleasure and so easy - Lisa was extremely helpful, the pieces are amazing, delivery was quick, and the delivery guys very efficient and accommodating. The living area in my new apartment now looks great and is very comfortable. I would certainly shop here again and would recommend it unreservedly!
We were assured our chosen bed was perfectly compatible with our exsisting foam mattress on two occasions by the sales staff, so we happily bought the bed. The "installation team" came to our new, two day old apartment and damaged the brand new floor whilst assembling the bed, then had to return two months later to rebuild the bed because it wasn't done correctly in the first place and had caused even more floor damage. To top everything off, 12 months after it was first used the underside of the mattress was wet and covered in black mold with parts of the bed base swollen (i.e. ruined). After raising the issue with Oopenspace, they spent two weeks creating scenarios like "you must have spilled something in between the mattress and the bed base" and "you have the wrong type of mattress". After a month of back & forth we decided to ignore Oopenspace's hair-splitting excuses and offers of "you can buy replacement parts from us", remove the bed, with apparent seven year warranty, and replace it with a bed that allows proper air circulation to the mattress, alleviating the problem completely. After spending over $12,000 with this company to be fobbed off and treated the way we were treated it's safe to say we will never think of buying from, or even corresponding with, Oopenspace again... well, until the next thing breaks(!)
