Very modern, clean and comfortable. Extra amenities including phone charging and complimentary wifi are huge bonuses. 8, 14 and 18 kg washers available, with 15 and 21 kg dryers. Very pleasant. Tokens available via card (or coins or notes) make paying a breeze with no need to worry about having the right amount of change in the correct denominations.
Great facilities and easily accessible location even for those not living in East Perth (Street parking readily available at the door on a weekday evening).What set the place apart was the world class customer service I experienced after having an issue, with a response recieved from the owner immediately late in the evening and a resolution to the issue I had in under 12 hours. Will use again and won't hesitate to recommend to others.
Spotless, well maintained laundry! Reasonable cost especially when you remember that soap (and softener if you want it) are included in the price. Excellent, efficient industrial machines.One thing that was a tad annoying - when using credit card or notes, the machine doesnt give proper change - only tokens for use in the laundromat, so if you dont use them and arent likely to return, any leftover coins are wasted. Maybe when an attendant is present you can change them back...Loved the Beatles wall...
Clean, well maintained dryers and washers, different load capacity in washers and dryers to accommodate for clothes, blankets etc. All machines accept $1 & $2 coins or tokens. Coin Machine dispenses TOKENS only NOT coins. Will dispense WHOLE note value in tokens so be aware of this. Can use card in the dispenser with a minimum of $10 which will give 10 tokens. Free wifi, doors automatic, charging station for phones, comfy couch or long bench to wait at. Cafe next door too
Wow. What a great laundry !! This place is very modern and clean, with really nice high efficiency washers and dryers ( with soap included in the price, or you can use your own ) in a spacious area with nice seating. It also has free WiFi and has a number of different phone chargers and a change machine on the wall, all very self contained and well thought out .All laundries should be like this
