Staff were very helpful and friendly once we were into hotel.i was in at 9am for a wedding and they messaged me when my room was available. The rooms were tidy, the bed was comfy and soft. The main lighting in our room was via a lamp which was a little strange. Was disappointed that the rate advertised on their official website was not the cheapest available rate, and that my booking was 'non-cancellable'
This is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed at. Staff are always incredibly friendly and eager to help out in any and all situations. The room was beautiful and so was the view. Could not recommend highly enough!
Stayed in an Pacific Club Suite. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was similar to a regular suite except bigger. The view from floor 7 wasn't spectacular but meets expectations for the building's location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the Pacific Club was pretty nice but I thought the variety was a bit lacking and the downstairs continental breakfast would have offered more. Overall it was a nice stay.
High tea at Origins restaurant was lovely. I really enjoyed the three different teas served with the canapes. I found the deserts course very sweet, as did most of the group I was with. The service was excellent.
Nice experience for one night, corner bedroom have great views of the swan river, however some housekeeping issues. Our corridor on level 13 was not cleared of trays of room service until late in the day. A stain on the bedding which we didn't notice until we got into bed. Removed that sheet but yuk.Another gripe was that there was no mention when we booked that the hotel pool was unavailable due to renovations. This should at least be mentioned on the website. Was looking forward to a dip.The car park was expensive at $25 especially when you have to lug your case up and down stairs. Didn't get any discount even though I took out Discovery membership.Otherwise the restaurant was nice and we were offered a free drink in the lobby bar as it was my birthday.
