Not what I would call "Secure Parking" as is advertised. I park here 5 days+ every week for work.There are regular vagrants that keep shelter between the parked cars. There are thieves loitering on each parking level that enjoy looking into your car windows for items. There are no CCTV cameras located on the parking levels, only CCTV at entrance, exit and pay machines. My car my co-worker's cars have been repeatedly damaged, spat on, drinks poured on and most recently my car was involved in a hit-and-run whilst my car was parked inside the car park. Obviously now I need to pay any excess on my insurance and also lose my "no claim bonus" all because the driver can not be identified due to there being no CCTV on the parking floors. Also, Wilson Parking are not interested in supplying any form of CCTV footage regardless unless Police personally request it through an email as part of an investigation. (Of course Police will not investigate the hit-and-run because there is no CCTV footage available on the parking levels!!!!) Park here at your own risk. I have now had to resort to buying another vehicle to use as a cheap sacrificial car just to use whilst I am parking here to avoid the damage bill to my usual car. For those that are interested my car now requires a two full panel re-sprays + blending. Lucky I have insurance.So much for paid secure parking!
Way too expensive, no security, dodgy payment machines
CPP is the way to go. Wilson over charges for parking.
Not a fan of Wilson car parks and this review is about all their car parks. Wilson Parking have a guilty first attitude when their meters don't work. It took 8 emails three uploads on their website and numerous calls trying to prove they illegally issued a false ticket. I repeatedly supplied legal proof of my payment and it took a call to Wilson Parking's general manager, before they admitted illegally fining me. On another ocassion the rates charged were higher than advertised. My advice avoid unless there are no alternatives.
Loud ringing noise in the carpark that makes you feel sick. Been parking there every day for a week. Will look to go somewhere else.
