The things I love about the Tap Doctor...I could make an actual time for the booking - didn't have to wait from 1pm to 4pm like a lot of other trades.I showed Daniel the problem... he knew what was wrong and fixed it right away! I now have hot water when the sun is not shining.My dog is a very good judge of character and she was ok with Daniel so I knew I could trust him.I will only use The Tap Doctor for plumbing - I am very grateful that I have found them!

Quick same day response to our request for a quote to replace our gas hot water system. In process the plumber provided service to current system - including the button controls which had been sticking and the reason for the last two plumber visits over preceding months (from another plumber) to restart the hot water. Perhaps if this work had been performed or suggested to be performed earlier we may have saved money in the long run. Thank you Tap Doctor.
Had realized my 6 year old electric storage hot water system had not had a 5 year service so I called Tap Doctor Plumbing for a quote. I was advised that they will only quote on the premises and no charge if you dont accept the quote. I agreed to this. As it turned out Charlie came to have a look at my HWS and explained everything thoroughly and gave me a good price so went ahead. I hadnt realized it had a leak from the valve and the anode had completely worn away. I was very impressed with Charlies friendly, old fashioned customer service. Thankyou
