It's great that this is a bit hidden from the main street, because we would look so stupid running around the shop trying on all the different shoes. We had an excellent experience with the staff here (Shannen, in particular) who was incredibly helpful doing assessments of our walking style and foot load distribution, as well as taking the time help us try on shoes and explaining the differences and merits of each pair - would definitely shop here again for a pair of running shoes. P.S. If you're looking for leather shoes etc this is probably not the place for you.
I recently found out I had leg issue that derived from flat feet. My physio recommended I go here and I know why. Great knowledge and their fitzy machine combined gave me the perfect shoe

Just bought a new pair of shoes for work and the staff were great. I hope my shoe lace requests weren't too annoying! The girl with the glasses ran out the store after me when I left my receipt behind. I would name names if I remembered them but commends to the staff members for a great experience.
Really helpful and friendly staff who despite being busy where very attentive and took the time to help me choose the shoes I wanted.
