Have only attended here as an outpatient but the care I received by the attending nurse in the physio department has been helpful, and she is very nice but knows her stuff and politely wasn't afraid to call me out for not doing my exercises as often as I should have been which is a good motivation as it's easy to get complacent - but instead of not caring and giving up, it's good to see a practitioner who pushes you just to do it, and doesn't sugarcoat things. When I was first admitted for getting my outpatient referral the wait room times weren't too bad, but I did feel one specialist who was just there to review my injury and pass me on to the admittance stage was a bit abrupt and basically told me that there wasn't much help they could offer since it was "nothing" or run the risk of losing my toe! And due to the extent of my injury I have now heard that sentiment so often that not much can be done despite the ongoing issue without much more than exercises being offered as treatment but my physiotherapist hasn't discredited the issue and has treated it with a good degree of sensitivity as some practitioners act as though it's something minuscule but when I spoke to the physiotherapist about it post my x-rays and she explained the seriousness of the injury it was good to have someone understand the problem. One thing I will mention is that it might help to know she must be very popular with other patients too, because I regularly get told by the receptionist that she books up quickly and for months if you get to see her also. (Cannot mention names for privacy purposes.)

WOW, all i can say. Why is this only a 5 star max. I NEED 100!!! Ultrasound staff are total babes and there's a cute asian guy.
Have attended here twice, everything is good but the waiting time. Even if you have an appointment, you still might have to wait up to an hour..
Shocking is definitely a understatement... My appointment was 9:50 I arrived 10 minutes early as stated I should on the letter, I was greated by the most unprofessional and thick receptionist who had no idea what customer service was. I asked the lady do I have time to quickly go to the toilet her response once "yes you should be OK" when I returned I sat down in the waiting room and I waited 80 minutes. No staff indicated to me that the waiting times where so ridiculous so firstly their communication skills where totally useless... During my wait the specialist constantly opened and shut her door walked past me didn't communicate in any way and to top it off after 80 minutes of waiting she grabbed her coffee mug and went for a coffee, I'm all in for OSH safety to stay hydrated however this should of been exercised in a different manner... I went to the reception and asked why I'd waited for 80 minutes and her response was "you next, so don't worry" I replied with "tell you what I'm calling it a day I'm not waiting any longer I'm leaving". Very poor poor day wasted thanks to these idiots.
