Went with a couple of friends yesterday to this shop, bought one of my friends a black long sleeved Guess skivvy as a gift. Paid $49.95 and got no change out of a $50 note. When I asked about my change, the girl said that she had already closed the till and that she had to find the key. Advised me that people dont usually ask for change. I thought that that was a bit strange, given that this was Australia and people dont usually tip here, although she did have an American accent, so probably thought that she was still in America? She proceeded to fumble around below the counter supposedly looking for the key, I didnt want to keep my friends waiting, so told her not to worry about it. Im on a disability support pension, so to me, every cent counts. Will not be going into this store again and if Im with friends, will probably just wait outside? Just hope that she doesnt short change everyone, because if she does, she would be making a fortune for herself. Not impressed
