I had a major problem with my BMW E46 3 series. While working on the car with the bonnet open and engine running, the car auto-locked. I contacted BMW and they said put it on a trailer and bring it to us.As if !!. I found the engine control relays and started removing them.The blue one stopped the engine. ( fuel control relay). later I was passing Diamond Lock and asked if he knew how I could get into my car. The owner and assistants all got involved and with explaining what to do and ringing Bunnings to make sure they had the right gear for me, the problem was solved. When I got home it took 5 minutes to open it.I can highly recommend these very professional people.

Outstanding customer service and extremely efficient locksmith repaired a lock at our company this week. Thoroughly recommend.

I received excellent service from Jordan at Diamond Lock & Security. He took time to explain what is needed for my job. Their quote was about half as much as the car dealership. Work was done within a few hours and they even gave me an extra spare key. Highly recommended!

Needed a car key cut, and later found it didnt work with the door, wasnt their fault, turned out to be the door but they were happy to keep helping me out until it was fixed, and didnt charge any extra! Super friendly the whole time.

Friendly, knowledgeable and good customer service. My key wasn't right to start with and they sorted it out without fuss or issue. The young guy that works there is friendly and has exceptional people skills. He's a real asset to the business.
