Horrible experience. Told key could be fixed, asked about computer chip but was told they had a machine and it would be fine. Didnt realise myself that they needed the car for that part. Key still didnt work & when I regained access to my car it still had to be reprogrammed. Thanks to A1 for actually sorting the issue for me & by then charging me the after hours call out fee Thanks to the 2 guys who came out to me on close, there obviously wasnt much you could do, but I appreciate your time.
I can definitely recommend these folks to others. They are reasonably priced, decent and super fast in their operation. I lost the keys to the door and they happily replaced them with no extra cost, they custom made the keys on the spot. I've been to similar situation before and the other guy didn't even mention that this can be done. Very happy with their work.
I locked my keys in my car and a couple of very nice guys were able to come out. They did a great job in getting the my door open, despite the fact that my car proved to be rather difficult. After they got it open I then managed to slam my finger in the car door and they were kind enough to pull out their first aid kit to help clean up all the blood so I could get off to work.Very happy with the service and I would definitely call them again if I am ever silly enough to lock my keys in my car
Not good customer service on site - the two guys sent to my place struggled to fit the locks and damaged one door with the drill. No, I won't use them again.
