I had popped off the space bar on my macbook pro and had to get my keyboard changed. The service assistant who helped me was so lovely. She thoroughly explained to me everything that would happen to my laptop (getting the whole keyboard + battery changed). The wait wasn't long (maybe 5 minutes), and the service was efficient. I was anticipating my laptop to be done with repairs in 5 days, but to my delight, it was finished in 3. Had a great experience, overall.
Great experience here for the replacement of a dog chewed power cord. Apple staff were very helpful finding me a replacement curd even though I didnt come prepared with model make and much idea about what I needed.Very helpful and I like how the receipt is email to me while in store
We are a month into a three month tour around Australia. So when my iPhone died just a few days ago, and miles from any Apple stores we feared the worst. We flew in from Broome to Perth yesterday afternoon and headed (without any appointment whatsoever) to the Perth Apple store. From the moment we walked through the door, the service was simply world class. We explained that we were only in Central Perth for 48 hours and the super Apple staff did the rest. Ryan took charge, ensuring we got an almost immediate diagnostic slot with Jo (super helpful young lady) who did all sorts of technical wizardry with my phone. Five minutes later the team (about four people helping by this stage) are getting laptops, diagnostic kit etc, etc.... Brilliant banter with the team throughout the process. A new phone was brought out and uploaded with all of my apps and data, Ryan even got one of the team to put a new screen protector on the phone for me. I have to say that in all my 56 years on this earth, it was the best customer service that I have ever had the privilege to receive. What a team you are in Perth - the very best, without a doubt and keep up the exemplary work.
Bought iPhone X form there. It was my first time to buy any thing directly from an Apple store but it was good. queue was a little long but I was entertained within few minutes.
Appointment was at 12:45 was helped 10 minutes later. Didnt have to argue with the guy he happily replaced my iPhone and gave me a new one. Then bought a new iPhone 8+ was also treated with respect and care by another guy explained everything and waited with me till I opened it up from the box then was helped by a girl which she helped me set it up. Considering how extremely busy it was they had so much care and a fast service. Will definitely return to this store.
