Lululemon at its best.Awesomely comfortable and great value. While the fabrics are synthetic they are seriously high quality and healthy to wear. Once you try this stuff on, you may never wish to take it off!The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. So your customer experience is a truly enjoyable one. They know just how to help, and importantly when to help too!If you are looking for comfortable activewear, this is the place to come for it!
Great brand but this store had terrible customer service. I can see someone else also had a bad experience as well. Asked to see if something out of stock was available at another store. The girl then just wrote down a number of another store and gave it to us and told us she was too busy to call them herself and walked away.... Terrible service and rude. Wont be coming back to this branch anymore
Went in for a yoga mat, which I bought, but only because I was desperate. The store is lovely, the staff was terrible. Upon entering, I was asked if I "was alright there." I said, I was looking for a yoga mat, the sales girl pointed to them, then promptly went back to having a personal conversation with another employee. I spend 15 mins in the store, no one spoke to me again until I was ready to check out with my yoga mat. The checkout process was just as lacking in customer service as the rest of the exchange. I said, "thank you" to the same sales rep 3 times (the last just to see if she'd respond) and I wasn't thanked once. I'm a yoga instructor, but won't be going back here.
I went to the Enex Perth store with a pair of leggings that got a hole within the first year. I was served by a girl called Megan and it was the best exchange experience Ive ever had. She made sure an exchange was what I wanted and no questions asked she swapped them. I was even allowed to size down as the size I had was too big for me now. I HIGHLY recommend this store and Megan! She was very accommodating and a lovely person.I will definitely be back
