I used to shop in this supermarket, but it is probably one of the worst supermarkets in Perth. There are so many problems with going there. The prices on the shelf and the price you are charged at the cash register are far too often different. I told one of the women on the register that it was actually illegal to put one price on the shelf and charge more at the cash register. She shrugged - didn't care. This happened many times. Also on several occasions I noticed on the receipt, after leaving, that I had been charged twice for the same item. The attitude of the people working there is really bad. They have a real disrespectful, nasty attitude. I went to get some ham cut at the deli. I asked for 200 grams. She gave me 340 grams. This happened several times and I stopped going to the deli, full stop. They have food on the shelves that is past the use-by-date and asking full price. Items that are reduced in price are usually so past the use-by-date that they should be binned. In the fruit and vegetable section I often noticed little midgies and sometimes blow flies hanging around. My mother bought some rice in a packet down there and there were little weavil bug looking things in it when she opened it. That was the last straw. Never again.

RUDE STAFF.... LOW QUALITY..... EXPIRED PRODUCTS!!!I had worst experience here at this store. Almost all the stock is old and expired. The owner is extremely rude to customers. When I asked about the expiry date he just told if you want to buy take it else leave it. When I am paying my money i expect the product with minimum quality. Not some expired product. The attitude of the old man at the counter is worst. This is not the way to deal with customers 90% of the vegetables are rotten. Just walk into the store if you are willing to pay huge price for extremely low quality products. .

You can buy bricks of loose Tofu 1/4 the price of woolies. Cheap eggs and bunches of fresh spinach. Also a nice selection of incense. They do have some perished items around but what else would you want from your local? Hark back to the real shopkeeper days. Thomas even gave me tick when I lost my wallet. He owns the restaurant next door aswell. His daughter is an artist. There is a large space upstairs doing nothing.

Worst supermarket ever.... The customer service was really bad ...

I go there regularly for fresh veggies and fruits. Tomatoes $2/kg is found nowhere else but here. Have a good stock of Asian grocery including all Indian spices, wheat flour and a variety of rice from Indian and Pakistani brands. Good option for day to day grocery shopping when your monthly grocery run is a bit far away.
