Not quite five stars, but more than four.The key is during a working week to arrive before the 12noon rush hour. If you make this time, then youre guaranteed of a great burger timely fashion.Pricing for the burgers on their own is reasonable, so this location is a great place to meet someone for that informal lunch meeting without blowing the budget.I have eaten there on a Friday night with the family and the service was still very good. The menu also caters for the kids and they also have entertainment packs available to keep the young ones occupied until dinner arrives, so also a great location for a budget family meal before a basketball game.
Great burger. Decent atmosphere. Nice staff. Open kitchen design. Reasonable prices. They were holding some fundraising event that was pretty cool.
Not recommended at all. My husband ordered a ZenHen chicken burger over the phone on 26 Aug 2018 picked up and reached home. While eating, husband found out the burger was awful, chicken was so undercooked raw rubbery pink. Husband suffered diarrhea next day because of the awful burger. Not worth. Not the first time we are disappointed with Grill'd. But no longer wish to waste money buying raw under cooked food and face inexperienced unfriendly rude staff too
Informal, cozy place to get a fix of burgers, ribs and fries here. Really liked their service, and also the food. Give the sweet potato fries a try - savory and sweet in one bite!
