This agent should be prosecuted and have their license revoked. Trust them to manage a property at your own heavy financial risk. With knowledge, they allowed six people to live in a property leased to two. Tennants have caused significant damage. Wanted them evicted at the end of the lease. They failed to provide the 60 days notice. It has taken four months to get them out, all the while Altitude take our money. They do not care, lie openly and only want your money. They have zero interest in the client. If you want to live in hell for a while, sign a management contract with Altitude and learn the hard way about a bad business.
Dealing with the Property Management staff was waste of time. Unreachable Property Manager and the Assistance. Please try to be honest and upfront with clients next time.
On websites and on phone they are saying we are open from 8:30to 5pm , but here they are 4:40pm there phone is on answering machine, which keep saying there office hours and asking to call back tomorrow. ....what a joke .
The property manager was approachable, punctual and quick to get back to us. The property itself was old and broke down often, but everytime something happened Altitude went to all the necessary steps to solve the problem. Would recommend.
