I was a tenant of Realestate 88. Although my tenancy started off terrible due to one specific property manager.. as soon as they were removed I had an amazing experience! Even though she was taking over a complete mess, Kirri was onto everything from day one. Nothing was too much trouble! She was understanding, polite and professional. Her communication skills were exceptional, answering emails quickly and resolving issues immediately- every tenants dream! Now reading other reviews, I should have made a formal complaint in the beginning. This would have given Realestate 88 the chance to address the issues with the former manager much earlier. I have definitely learnt not to judge a company by one (ex) employee!
