We used Soco to find a rental and Kasey was very helpful. Her manner is inclusive, friendly and efficient. As a property manager she is always prompt and cheerful in response to emails or calls. Any required action is carried out as quickly as possible.

I have been super impressed with the service Kasey and the Soco team have provided me while leasing a property in Victoria Park.I like to think I am a pretty good tenant without breaking anything and always paying bills on time. When things do come up though from time to time their super fast communication to get the situation rectified is first class.I have in the past had some not so good experiences with rentals where I don't hear a thing back from anyone once I sign a lease and then when I decide not to renew my lease the communication becomes non existent and it takes emails, calls even face to face communication to get through. Not in the case with Soco, these guys have been the BEST yet!
