I would give less than one star if i could. THE worst customer service I've ever seen. Disorganised. Never get back to you, have to follow up yourself ... absolutely shocking.
There are two reasons the award winning LJH City easily deserve more than 5 stars.1) Tuscany Euphemie & 2) Rob WoolmerThese two have always gone above and beyond to make every experience Ive had with LJH a positive one. Both have exceptional customer service and genuine initiative to assist clients and tenants alike.Since day one Tuscany has been so helpful and quick to act if we ever have a problem. One small example, we had an emergency with the front door locks really late on a Friday afternoon and Tuscany had a locksmith out within a 15-20min time frame! Even hung around to after hours to call up & ensure we had it sorted (Amazing!)Rob has always had exceptional service and genuinely has your best interests at the forefront in everything he does. Someone who is so easy to get along with and will tell you honest truths so you can make better decisions to reach your investment goals. Multiple awards winner for a good reason.Thank you guys for everything!

The team at LJ Hooker City Residential truely set the bar in property management services. Phone calls are answered if not messages returned properly. From the tenant's point of view, a well run reputable company.
I had a terrible experience today. I was scheduled for an inspection today at 1pm after adjusting all my appointments today in order to ensure my presence to view this unit. After parking and paying $4 just to view this place, I reached at the premises exactly at 1.05pm. Seeing no one around, I looked around and started finding entry inside. Feeling very uneasy due to scorching hot today and Unable to find entry, I called at one of the numbers which dint connect. I called another number and wasn't even 1.15 ( inspection time was 1 to 1.15pm) when I rang only to be told that the agent has left!!!!!!!How could she leave before time? Extremely unprofessional and insensitive on their end. This is also when I had confirmed my presence in at least 4-5 emails and text messages all through week. I was there on time standing outside all the while in sun. Even called in time. Some agencies think that Time is important only for them and not for others!!!! Not acceptable LJ...this isn't customer service.
