I rented a property through Avenue One for some 9 years. I moved to be closer to family and grandchildren. The management and staff I dealt with were unfailingly professional, helpful and courteous. The service was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them to friends and family without hesitation or reservation.
Their Property Manager saying they working for tenant not property owner when they doing the final bond check out. So be careful to give your property to them.
